An interior decorator, probably know all kinds of amazing things about how to make the interiors of any building look attractive. Home being a place where a person spends most of his time and it being the place where a person comes back after a hard day’s work, should be beautifully done. Because of long working hours and buy schedules, people do not have the time to do their own houses. That’s when you want to hire the services of an decorator. Decorator will do the research and homework for you. Before hiring Decorator, it is wise to plan out what exactly you expect from the interior decorator regarding your project and what do you want the interior decorator to do for you.
Before hiring decorator few things should be kept in mind. Your budget is very important because it will decide what kind of decorator to hire. Your style is one more very important factor. If you don’t know your style, take help of decorating books, magazines and home catalogs that give an idea of the things you like. It may be candlesticks from one picture, a mat from another picture, the clock in another, and so on. This will give the interior decorator an eye to what you are looking for in your house.
When you hire know that you what color and accessories you and your family want. It is important to inform your decorator what the project room is going to be used for. If you have pets, let the decorator know that you have pets. This will help in deciding the type of fabrics used, especially if your pets normally have free access of your home. A good interior decorator will always help to create your color and design scheme by showing you fabric and paint samples, and suggesting surface solutions such as flooring.
Working with an interior decorator can be a pleasant and beneficial experience. Once you are satisfied with the , you will enter into a contract signed by both you and the decorator. This is important for both the homeowner and the decorator, as it set forward the project details. Fees differ depending on the decorator; whether it’s a large or small firm; and whether it’s a residential or high-end residential decorator.

What do you think? Answer below!
I would recommend a contrasting color, such as a darker blue if the room is big enough to support a dark wall.
A warm green, yellow, orange, or red.
Stay with the two colours on your walls. Use accents to add more colours to your room. Watch some Home & Garden design shows on TV. They have great ideas.
Yellow-green or bright red.
Try shades of cream, cappacinno, desert sand and chocolate. Natural colours are safe to work with but can still make their mark. This look can be dramatic or give the room a really earthy feel so have fun. Happy Decorating!!
Wow, sounds like a great combo already! You don’t say whether the light beige is the trim colour or already on a wall or 2.
Let’s say for argument sake, the beige is on 4 walls and the red brick is actually; RED BRICK (like a fireplace or…?).
I would paint all the trim white. It will compliment the beige and contrast the “red”. I would pick a middle tone between the two by finding a paint chip that has the “flavour” of the beige but is darker and more saturated. If you try to “lighten” the saturation of the red; it might start to go to a pink shade and might not look too good with the beige. A warm (REDish) beige should tie the three together for you… I would keep the new darker beige opposite the red wall unless you really want to direct focus toward the brick, at which point I would paint the wall around the brick (fireplace) with the darker beige and leave the other 3 the lighter existing beige… In my humble opinion anyhow. Good luck!
chocolate brown……… goes with both colors and works in contrasting the 2
